SHIPPING: All Orders under $100.00 please add $6.00 for UPS ground shipping. Please
add $15.00 for UPS Second Day shipping for all orders
RETURNS:
You may exchange your item or you may have
a gift certificate (credit) for a later time. We accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is
not as described. We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, guaranteed.

* The item must be in original "as new" condition
* Shipping
charges are not refundable.
* Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost,
stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.
* You MUST return your item packaged securely, preferrably in the box
it arrived in! I have had orders mailed back to me that are totally ruined because of inadequate packaging. If you do not
package your jewelry carefully, I will not accept it.
* There is a 10% restocking fee for orders under $100.00, and a
20% handling - restocking fee on orders over $100.00. (I took the time to make your order, package it, and take it to the
Post Office, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping carts, PayPal, etc. which I incur when processing
an order. I am sorry you changed you mind, but I did take the time to process your order and need to be compensated for at
least a small portion of my time.)
* NOTE: There is NO penalty or fees whatsoever when accepting an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
for your returned item.
REPAIRS
I guarantee all of my work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired
or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available, you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is a favorite combination or color scheme we can handcraft for you.
GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Jewelry purchase please contact us within 2 weeks for a return authorization.
Unused unworn stock items in new condition will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded.
STOCK ITEMS
You will
receive a full refund on items that are not personalized.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Any items that are custom made will be
charged a 35% custom design fee.
CONDITION
Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
WARRANTY
We strive to provide the finest quality possible, however, if your jewelry item was made incorrectly or has a defect we
will of course repair it at no charge. Please send us an e-mail note and we will do everything to make it right. If you wish
for us to reimburse your shipping expenses for the item needing correction we will happily provide you with a credit up to
$4.
Our Warranty is good for 3 months as problems should be obvious fairly soon after receipt of your Jewelry.
REPAIR
Any issues after 3 months will be considered wear and tear. We will gladly repair your jewelry piece for minimal
fees. Please contact us for an estimate.
